Rangi was born in India and educated up toBachelor's degree in engineering. He migrated to the United States andacquired Master's degree in engineering from Columbia University in theCity of New York. His work specialization is energy and energyconservation. He is a selfemployed energy consultant in New York. Hehas traveled to Canada, France, Germany, Mexico and Venezuela. He is acitizen of the US and lives in the suburbs of New York City.He has published five books so far. His first book, One People One Language, was publishedby authorsonline.co.uk in 2005. It deals with origin of language.
